30-Day Return Policy
For online orders, we offer a 30-day return or exchange period. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
For returns, please include any promotional gifts received with your items. If a promotional gift is missing, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and may delay the processing of your return.
Final Sale Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. However, if you receive a damaged product or if your shipment is lost, please contact us via email, and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
